What EXACTLY is SHRED?

SHRED is a 12-week training program that gives you the tools and resources to lean out, lose fat and increase overall strength and performance.

12-Week Program

SHRED is 12 weeks in length and it is a structured & comprehensive plan designed to get you leaner and stronger. There are 4 mandatory days each week, with one optional day. We encourage everyone to hit all five days, but if you can't there is flexibility.

Programming

Our programming is not only extremely effective, it is crazy efficient. All training is done in blocks where any given training session is never longer than an hour. Because we know you want results without sacrificing your entire life to get them.

Coaching

We are here to support you every step of the way, from training and nutrition to mobility and recovery. All members have the opportunity to ask questions amongst other athletes and our coaches.

Community

Inside our training portal or private facebook group, you will find a thriving community of like-minded individuals all after the same goal. We have an awesome online community of ultra-supportive athletes.

Nutrition

Will this...WORK FOR ME?

All our athletes are busy and ZERO of them workout for a living. But it was the fact that ALL our athlete are busy that led us to create block programming. There are five 10-minute blocks each workout, so it is literally impossible for you to go over an hour, while following our guidelines.

Will the workouts be challenging? You bet!!

In fact, the first week I expect you to be pretty freakin’ sore, and that’s ok.It will get better, you will get stronger and the results will start to show.

As far as the course material it is mainly aimed towards beginners and intermediates but we've had advanced, experienced athletes see improvements. Your success mostly depends on your willingness to commit, be consistent and adopt a learning-orientated mindset

“I can’t train every day…”


Who can!?

This program involves 4 mandatory days and one optional day.

To get the maximum benefits of the program, we recommend you do all the workouts, but you can get progress just doing the program 3x a week.

We’ve had a number of athletes who have done this with great success.

The key to success in this program is consistency!

“I probably need a bunch of fancy workout equipment…”


No, you don’t.

We will keep the programming simple with a barbell, weights, a good rack, pull-up bar and a kettlebells (or dumbbells). And if we ever do something which require a little bit more, we will make sure you have the perfect substitute.

"I’m still not clear on the goal of SHRED…"


Let's make this one simple: Our OVERALL aim is to look amazing naked, get crazy strong, become incredibly fast, and become hard to kill. It's a lot to balance, but we got this. SHRED specifically focuses on methods that will help you get lean and define, or drop some weight. But we also don’t do “muscles for show” what we produce is “muscles for SHOW and for GO!!”

"What if I start and can’t handle it…?"

But no worries if you can’t handle it. All our programs and services have a no-questions-asked guarantee.
