Jerred Moon is the Founder & CEO of End of Three Fitness and former Physical Training Leader and Unit Fitness Program Manager in Air Force Special Operations Command and head coach here at End of Three Fitness.Ā Jerred completed his undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University; with two years of study in Food & Nutrition Science. He's a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Joe Courtney

After leaving active duty Joe got hooked into CrossFit for a few years, earned his Level 1 Certification and started coaching. During his years CrossFit he discovered End of Three Fitness because he was lacking strength programing (“CrossFit will make you weak” was the exact Eo3 article). He began Training with Eo3 and has been a part of the community for 5 years. Now helping the Eo3 community grow and learn full-time along side Jerred, staying classy.

Ashley Hicks

Ashley is a military spouse who has been involved with fitness throughout all stages of life. Soccer was the doorway for her love of competitive sports that eventually led her to CrossFit in 2012. She began competing almost immediately and continued to fall in love with learning new skills and becoming the best version of herself. In 2016 Ashley earned her CrossFit Level 1 certification and served as both founder and coach of Aces Wild CrossFit at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Joseph VonDohlen

Joseph is a 15-year active duty Air Force veteran. When he’s not circumnavigating the globe as a Career Enlisted Aviator or training to be more durable, Joseph is a full-time husband and father of two young girls. In early 2014, after riding the bodybuilding train the past 2 years, he dislocated a shoulder during an obstacle course race – realizing he was too easy to kill. Determined to be anti-fragile, Joseph began an exercise science degree and dabbled in the world of CrossFit, eventually earning his CrossFit Level 1 and Weightlifting certifications in 2016.

Marco Rosa

Marco is a former Italian Navy helicopter pilot, now software and web developer, athletic trainer, and mental toughness mentor. After leaving active duty, he moved to the USA and got involved with High Intensity Interval Training, SealFit style WODs, and mental fortitude training culminating in the successful completion of SealFit's Kokoro Camp 54 in July 2019.

Trampis Beatty

Trampis “worked out” for many years through college and a few years after with very little to show for results, and he finally decided that the typical globo gym thing was not for him. He decided to build a garage gym for himself, and he started following different strength programs online. In the process of building his gym he stumbled upon the E03 DIY Corner, and from there decided to purchase EO3’s One Man One Barbell.

Kyle Shrum

After playing football during middle and high school, he decided to take a break from working out, and struggled to find the motivation to get after it again. While struggling with his weight and overall health all his life, Kyle tried many different approaches to getting fit. Memberships at multiple globo gyms, CrossFit in a friend’s garage, long distance running, any number of strength programs and fad diets; all of these are part of his fitness journey.

Doug's greatest satisfaction as a coach is having his athletes share their accomplishments. Whether it’s a new PR, a faster race time, or even the ability to carry heavy furniture up the stairs. He takes pride and joy in helping people to become better versions of themselves. Josh has a background in military and combat sports and also strength and conditioning. He has been involved in military fitness training for over three years through Army ROTC and the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M. Additionally, he has experience with training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.

Then a year as a Garage Gym Athlete seeing amazing results, Nick wanted to learn more and understand the “why” behind the programming, so he jumped at the opportunity to become a coach and help others crush their goals the way EO3 had helped him.

Chris Ruano

Chris is a active, professional firefighter with over 20 years of experience in the Fire Service, currently leading Wildland Air Attack and ground based Fire Crews in Southern California. Chris’ passion for programming and coaching was birthed out of his desire to create effective and high-quality fitness programs for the arduous duties of Civil Service Athletes. Chris has been a training exclusively in Garage Gyms, at his home or Fire Dept facilities for over 12 years.

I started lifting in 2011 when I began college. I ventured to the campus recreation center and started picking up weights. I consider myself self taught, but had lots of help from friends along the way. They did mostly powerlifting work, so that’s what I ended up doing. I have been a firefighter for the last 12 years. I want to be prepared to do my job well and reduce my risk of injuries. This has shaped my approach to how I train as well as how I train others. Sarah Skedsvold

Sarah Skedsvold is a CrossFit Coach in Fargo, ND. She is a former full-time, and current part-time member of the North Dakota Army National Guard as well. While serving as a full-time Soldier, Sarah completed the End of Three Coaching Certification Course through End of Three Fitness, earned the title of Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer through CrossFit Headquarters. As a member of the military, Sarah maintained a higher than average level of physical fitness throughout her adult life.

Susan Chase

Susan began to take control of her health and fitness by founding Benton County Roller Derby in Northwest Arkansas in 2010. She trained and coached skaters for five years before relocating with her family to Kansas City in 2016 where she continues to train skaters for Fountain City Roller Derby. Dedicated to improving herself she achieved NASM certification as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist in 2017.

Jace Albright

Jace is a happily married father of 3 kids and a doctor of physical therapy and a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist who works in an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy system. He has a passion for working with tactical athletes and helping get them back to active duty. Outside of physical therapy, he teaches undergraduate and graduate level Kinesiology and Exercise Science classes and spends time trying to help his three kids develop a passion for playing and being active.

Aaron Jackson

Aaron has always been interested and active in many sports from a young age including Rugby League, skateboarding and Surf Life Saving. Through these sports he has enjoyed learning new skills and continuingly working to improve himself through fitness and technique. At around 17 years of age Aaron focussed on becoming the best Surf Boat Rower he could, which has lead to numerous state titles and representative achievements, 5 national titles (1 x relay, 2x under 23 Men, 2x Open Men Championships) and 1 x National representative honours at Open level.

Marc is an active duty US Army officer with thirty years in uniform and multiple combat deployments. His competitive athletic background encompasses all distance triathlon, mountain biking, running and adventure racing in all formats from sprint to expedition racing at a national and international level, having competed in some premier venues to include the Leadville 100 MTB, Boston Marathon, multiple Full Ironman distance events and the Eco Challenge.

Throughout middle and high school, Ryan competed in many sports - everything from swimming to track and field. During college and afterwards Ryan trained for and ran 4 marathons. After serving in both the Army and Navy and receiving his degree in Marine Technology, he began a career as a deep-sea diver medic technician where he provided routine and emergency medical care in remote locations around the globe. With his passion for diving and healthcare, he transitioned to working as a hyperbaric technologist in several leading hospitals in East Texas.

Manuel Lujan

Where many coaches have a history of fitness and sports before becoming a coach, Manuel’s background is rather different. During high school, he spent most of his time in the marching band and dabbled in fitness competitions through JROTC. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps reserves where he was educated on the importance of fitness and initially introduced to CrossFit.

Scott Ruth

Scott is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in sports rehabilitation. He believes in the sports population, rehab needs to more than simply alieving pain, but needs to prepare them for their sport and help to reduce the risk of future injuries. This means merging the therapist and coach, to provide the highest level of care and streamline the athlete's return to play. Prior to earning his Doctorate he was an avid runner and weight lifter in both high school and college.

Zachary Welker has spent his life dedicated to fitness. He is a married father of 3, and a full time physical education teacher. Barry has always been athletic despite not leading the healthiest of lifestyles. It wasn’t until after he left the Army that he discovered what well rounded fitness was and the benefits to be had. Since 2003, he has quit smoking and drinking so that he can be the best role model he can for his kids. He currently serves in the National Guard as a full-time Guardsman. Stephanie Lowry

Growing up being a multiple sport athlete not only instilled my competitive nature but also my love for fitness. In college I fell in love with weight training and started dabbling in bodybuilding and physique training. After having my third child and discovering some health issues I focused on researching and learning about nutrition. Not only did I see major improvements in my health but also how it correlated to improvement with my energy and training. I came across Eo3 and began implementing and immersing myself into their training.

Greg Isenhour

Greg Isenhour is a full-time husband( 34 Years), father, EO3 Coach, Garage Gym Athlete and Endurance Athlete. When he’s not coaching, he’s an executive in the Transportation Industry with over 35 years experience. Greg is an Ironman, and has completed numerous different triathlons and running events covering all distances. Greg grew up playing multiple sports all the way through High School, with baseball being his primary sport. During his late 30’s he went down the path of working long hours, excessive travel, not eating well, and not exercising. After a bad report on his health insurance physical he rekindled his desire to train, and reverse the negative outcomes of the previous few years.

Josh Pierlott

Josh fell into fitness in an unconventional way. After struggling with disordered eating and the darkness of depression Josh stumbled into exercise as a guiding light. Finding that there was an outlet for negative emotions to become positive he dove head first into the world of health and fitness. Initially starting with running Josh slowly began to find interest in weight lifting and programming. While obtaining a Psychology major at West Chester University Josh also began to pursue certifications in personal training, beginning with W.I.T.S(A branch of NASM), while reading through the books of strength provided by men like Jim Wendler and Louie Simmons.

Competition has always been important for me. I grew up with six brothers and competed in 3 different sports. Living a healthy lifestyle was always important for my athletic endeavors. After my sports career was done, my interest in health and fitness continued. I have been independently studying fitness for the past couple years. Tynan Rolander

Tynan is the Head Football Coach at South County High School in Lorton, Va. He has been coaching there for 9 years since graduating from The Citadel in 2011. Having played football throughout high school Tynan knew is way around a barbell. His time at The Citadel introduced to Crossfit and mixed modal training but he continued to train primarily as a “classic bodybuilder”. Tynan reached peak raw strength in 2015 but his pursuit of barbell numbers led to a life changing injury.

Ian Watkins

Ian is married with 5 kids, a garage gym athlete, and all around fitness & nutrition nerd. Unlike many coaches, Ian’s life hasn’t always been about health and fitness. He grew up in a family that ate the Standard American Diet and was obese for the majority of his youth. 12 years ago he found his “why” at his daughter’s 1st birthday party, when he feared he may not live to see her 16th birthday, and began a new life focused on fitness and nutrition. In a year he lost 120 pounds and has been in love with helping others reach their goals since.

David Weinstein

David is a naval officer with a passion for pushing himself and encouraging others to develop both mentally and physically. Additionally, he is driven to know the why and how in order to be better in these areas. His belief is that these areas are critical to what it means to be human. As a result, he is dedicated to a lifelong pursuit of a fitness-based lifestyle as well as an education in the fitness arena. Despite playing recreational sports as a child, David's initial indoctrination into the world of fitness began in 8th grade when we was cut from his soccer team for being overweight and out of shape. Refusing to quit, he altered his diet and invested significant time at the local YMCA fitness center.

Chris is a husband, father of 9, a general surgeon, works in the ER every Monday night, is the Medical Director of the wound center, medical director of the trauma program, the medical director at the MedSpa in town and a Garage Gym Athlete. He has been an athlete most of his life. Competed in football, basketball, track, wrestling, and powerlifting in junior high and high school. Chris earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do when He was 11. A sprinter at Fort Hays State University, where he earned his degree in Athletic Training.

Erik is husband, father, and works full-time as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. He grew up playing sports and began lifting weights on and off since high school. Erik has always been under sized and not naturally strong. He has always had trouble putting on muscle and was often picked on for being the little guy. He started with One Man One Barbell, and it has been a snow ball effect ever since.

Caleb Donahoe

 
Caleb is a full time online trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach based in New York, New York. He’s also a massive nerd that can spend just as much time taking about videogames as he can about ways to optimize push-up form. Like many naturally scrawny guys, Caleb got into training to boost his size, strength, and confidence, but it wasn’t long before that collection of subjective goals turned into a pursuit to understand how and why the humans need to move.

Jason James

 
Jason is a husband, who married well above his station, and a father to four wonderful children. He is a Pharmacist, specializing in pharmaceutical compounding, working for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Eastern Kentucky. He survived sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 36, while in the best shape he's been in since he was 18. Jason believes that most ailments can be controlled or eliminated with proper diet, exercise and self care. He tries to implement and embody this philosophy when talking with his patients.

Scott Suttles

 
Scott has been in and out of the gym many times since graduating high school, either training with friends or as a desire to be a better Solider. A few years ago, Scott became involved in CrossFit then he decided to start training in his garage with some equipment that he bought from a friend that was moving. He program bounced for a while and did a couple of popular strength programs before finding EO3. Scott stumbled onto the DIY section of EO3 while looking for a plyo box plan. He joined EO3 in mid 2018 and has been there ever since.

Jeremy Simmons

 
Retired from the Marine Corps, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate and a garage gym enthusiast, Jeremy is married and the father of six kids. He is no stranger to being a coach in and out of the gym having instructed both Karate and strength and conditioning classes over the past few decades. The unexpected death of his baby boy in 2011 triggered the need to make a change in his health and lifestyle that had become very inactive. Jeremy and his wife began a new health and fitness journey together that would allow them to live more active lives and presented them with the "why" to support one another.

After moving countries from South Africa to New Zealand in 2016, Kyra joined a traditional gym where she spent countless hours doing cardio and practiced poor eating habits. When it came to food, less was more, and she became anxious when she didn't train twice a day. Her mental and physical health suffered and she realized she needed to take action and gain control of my life. She's been doing strength and conditioning training for just over 4 years now and started CrossFit 2 years ago. Kyra instantly fell in love with the sport's progressive nature; there is always something new to learn and still lots to work on, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey.

Stephanie Peterson

 
Stephanie is a gym manager, strength and conditioning coach, health coach, and group fitness instructor. She’s a wife, mom of 2 daughters in their mid 20’s, has 2 fur pups, and in her spare time runs 5K to 1/2 marathons, relay races (Ragnars) and 25K trail races and has done so for more than 25 years. Previously, she was an Operations Project IT Manager and an Army Reservist. In 2003, she started her personal training career with an American Council of Exercise personal training certification, working at a local big box gym. As time progressed she left the big box gym and opened a Snap Fitness in 2007. Not feeling fully satisfied she enlisted in the military in 2010 at the age of 39 as an Army Chaplain Assistant.

Richard is a husband, father, and full time fitness coach in Middle Tennessee. In 2017, he left the corporate world to pursue a career helping people get stronger, leaner, better. Kate Gugerli

 
Kate is a wife, mother of three, and sobriety coach. During her teens and early twenties, Kate was a competitive runner. As the workload from an expanding career in sales began to grow, fitness became less of a priority. Add three children, an international move and an increasing reliance on alcohol to the mix, and her physical and mental health suffered. In January 2020, she ditched alcohol and began her journey to improved physical and mental health.
