All our athletes are busy and ZERO of them workout for a living. But it was the fact that ALL our athlete are busy that led us to create block programming. There are five 10-minute blocks each workout, so it is literally impossible for you to go over an hour, while following our guidelines.

As far as the course material it is mainly aimed towards beginners and intermediates but we've had advanced, experienced athletes see improvements. Your success mostly depends on your willingness to commit, be consistent and adopt a learning-orientated mindset
Who can!?
This program involves 4 mandatory days and one optional day.
To get the maximum benefits of the program, we recommend you do all the workouts, but you can get progress just doing the program 3x a week.

No, you don’t.
We will keep the programming simple with a barbell, weights, a good rack, pull-up bar and a kettlebells (or dumbbells). And if we ever do something which require a little bit more, we will make sure you have the perfect substitute.
Let's make this one simple: Our OVERALL aim is to look amazing naked, get crazy strong, become incredibly fast, and become hard to kill. It's a lot to balance, but we got this. SHRED specifically focuses on methods that will help you get lean and define, or drop some weight. But we also don’t do “muscles for show” what we produce is “muscles for SHOW and for GO!!”
